Cooking Classes

Updated Dec 1, 2020: Due to COVID-19, there have been no cooking classes available; however, if there is enough interest, classes will start again (with extra safety precautions) at the end of Dec or beginning of January 2021. Please request to be added to our mailing list and let us know which class or classes you are interested in. You will receive information on specific dates and times of classes as they become available.

Classes are small group – 4 to 6 people – and take place in my strictly kosher kitchen in Boca Raton, Florida. Each class is approximately 3 hours and include all recipes learned in the individual class as well as learning materials on the health benefits of the ingredients used.

You can take one or as many classes as you like. Each class will cover a different topic:

  3. ANTI-INFLAMMATORY
  4. ALLERGEN FRIENDLY
  5. BEST HEALTHY BREAKFASTS
  6. EATING FOR AWESOME ENERGY

Whether you are an experienced cook or a total beginner, you will learn how to make awesome wholesome food from scratch, and incorporate unique ideas and ingredients into your food for better health! Best of all, you will have FUN! So get some friends together, or be brave and come by yourself, and join me, Culinary Nutrition Expert and Certified Instructor for the Academy of Culinary Nutrition, for this unique and educational experience.
