Virtual Workouts are very popular now and with good reason: it can be difficult to get to a gym and expensive to hire a trainer. I personally use and recommend the exercise programs that Beachbody on Demand has to offer and that’s why I am sharing it with you. I am not a fan of multi-level marketing and unlike other Beachbody “coaches” I will never pressure anyone to sign up to become a coach or “sell” any of their other products. I simply use it, like it and if you want great workouts from home at an affordable price, then this is a very good option.

Another virtual fitness streaming program I highly recommend is Les Mills On Demand. They have a full library of amazing workouts and I frequently do Sh’bam (a really fun dance workout) and Les Mills Pump (low weight, high rep full body program).
